OMG i know! Breaks my heart. Oh Yulanda - YOU SHOULD SEE THE LITTLE VERSION. Cross body pouchette with the birds. *sigh. I was going to forfeit a bill payment so i could buy it. Diana immediately set me straight. What are friends for?

OMG, there's a little version?? Time to google! Not that I should tempt myself :P

Nevermind. Shopbop has it too. Ahh, it's even cuter!

Sadly it's still out of my price range! At least I can stare at it on my screen.

Oh no – they are quite lovely!

I was seriously just looking at those bags! I'm hoping to get the brown one for Christmas since I already have a black MBMJ.

I was just looking at these, too! The bird hardware is amazing...

Maeko | 2009-09-25 08:56 AM | Reply

This is exactly the back I was looking for, and sadly, they are completely beyond my price range. But why is it that all the bags in my price range are so inadequately equipped, sized, incredibly shiny, poufy or cheap looking?

Do you have recommendations for similar bags?

Lacey Starr | 2009-09-25 09:08 AM | Reply

How do you even choose between these?

Lexie | 2009-09-25 09:35 AM | Reply

SO adorable. i dont usually lust after designer items, but these are just sooooo cute.

So dangerous. I've been shopping through shopbop and asos all morning, now, looking for the perfect, but affordable hand/shoulder/messenger bag. Sadly, they all seem to be out of my price range for quality products. Anything sub $200 is either poufy, quilted, cheap looking or ugly.

It's really hard to find quality bags for under $200 these days. Sabina bags (available at Urban Outfitters) make great bags (I am able to lug my heavy camera around in them for days on straight without showing any wear unlike some other bags I have), but they're usually around the $250 mark. However, if you're lucky you might catch them on sale. I bought my second one for $99CAD in-store.

Good luck with the bag hunt!

I saw these at Nordstrom and just about died. If it were in a pale gray, I'd be all over it.

Pale gray would be amazing!

Oh my, that's one stunning bag. I agree with the commenter above me, a pale grey would be gorgeous. The little bird details are so darling.

K-Line | 2009-09-25 07:22 PM | Reply

I have to google the little one now!

Seriously, you always find the coolest gear for girls. You guys should just ask Marc to sponsor you, that's my plan. Or find a rich lady, but that's just me...

I found a perfect satchel! It's nowhere near as cool as the MJ's here, but I do love it's buttery leather. And I got it for $200 (20% off of $249), marked down from $425, so I feel like I won something!

Check it out:

Oh I love it. I bought it in grey.
