Top: Lux (Urban Outfitters). Gold birds on a twig necklace: Moss Mills. Brown skirt: H&M. Green patterned tights: Dragon Centre (Hong Kong). Black suede wedge sandals: Seychelles (via Solestruck).
Recently I found a new woodsy area nearby while poking around Google Maps. It's still cold enough that the mosquitoes and other stingy bugs have yet to come out and play. I wish I brought my tripod even though it's heavy and somewhat broken. I had trouble finding elevated things stable enough to rest my camera on.
As for the outfit, I mixed my new shoes with an old top (circa 2001) for a friend's birthday. I originally put on my striped tee, but felt very autumny.

Thank you. Yesterday was definitely a time I was grateful for my pack rat tendencies and holding onto things for too long. I hadn't worn that top in years, but with that skirt, it was just right.

Unfortunately I could see some of the houses & offices depending which direction I looked :( However, there's quite a bit of forest around where I live, but it does require a car ride there.

This is a really nice place to take pictures, I like a lot the picture of you in the trees. The sandals & green tights are beautiful, nice contrast with the little rocks !

I agree with Lady Melbourne. At first glance, I thought this was an editorial...
And I'm shocked that you were able to find a nice woodsy area in - gasp! - Toronto!

Thank you. I don't have a set technique. I just play around until I get the results I like. I wasn't even going for the Polaroid look :P

These photos are wonderful (as always). I went into the woods the other day to take photos and kept kicking myself for being lazy and not getting my tripod...fallen down trees and rocks don't work out too well.
Let's hope the mosquitoes don't come out for a while....haha
